Bernardeta started her career as an insurance advisor in 2008, after a chance encounter sparked an interest in the industry. She has an in-depth knowledge of group benefit plans and enjoys working with lawyers, partners, and firms to attract talent and reward their teams.

Bernardeta was born and raised in Europe. She lives with her family in Vancouver, a city she loves for its multicultural diversity, awesome food, and easy access to mountains and beaches. Outside of work, Bernardeta enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, and hiking on local mountains.
